After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an invoice. The tracking is also shared via email. In addition, updates can be sent by email. Add [email protected]

Shipping time and Shipping charge estimates are as below:

We deliver across Australia using trusted courier partners.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Times:
– Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3-7 business days
– Regional areas: 7-14 business days

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking email

Take into account products with an exceptional delivery time and products that may be out of stock. If you have a deadline for a certain order, it is a good idea to place it early. Method
Woodfactory works with various delivery services. You can opt for normal shipping, where the package is delivered to your home under track & trace. This information will be shared with you when the track & trace code is sent. You are responsible for collecting this package within the specified period.

Address details the customer is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. Even if an order has been prepared manually, the customer must check this data for correctness. If an address turns out to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs for returning the package or losing the package will be charged to the customer. Even when a payment link is prepared for the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully checking this information (type of product, size, quantity, and shipping address).

Receipt of goods
We are not responsible for receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to be present or to ensure attendance in case of delivery. In the event that a delivery attempt has failed several times and the package is taken to a service point, you are responsible for collecting the package on time or arranging for an authorized person to collect it for you. You are responsible for checking the Track & Trace code regularly to check whether you have missed the package. In case a package has not been collected in time, it will be returned to woodfactory and you can collect the package from us. Of course, there is the possibility to send the package again, at the expense of the buyer.
